An interesting discussion on The Purity Spiral about how to organize local IRL meetings, in line with The ShieldWall Network concept.

Local groups are the way this movement is going to move forward. Let’s consider some things that you should be on the lookout for.

  1. First and foremost, the guy that suggests anything illegal. Acts of violence. “If we cut the tires to this group, they might not be able to get to the voting boths” That is a call for violence. Ban these people immediately.
  2. Stories don’t match: Watch out for folks that say ” I was born under a two parent household”, but say “I was adopted by others” in another statement. Inconsistent statements are a red flag.
  3. Excuses to not meet in person. If someone is not able to meet in person in a small group, after several requests from the group leader, they should be discounted.

4. Extended absences: It is likely that your brother is taking a vacation, but if they have not told you so, be aware, your brother might be compromised. Be wary of brothers that you know well that “disappear”.
